Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Mara.

Our Policy

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund, or within 14 days for store credit. To be eligible for return, items must be in the original, unused condition.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Vintage
Personal care
Perishable goods
Items marked as final sale. All sale items are Final Sale.

How to Return

Bring your item and original receipt to Mara Shop & Studio at 88 Q Street during regular business hours. We'll process your refund or store credit in store.
