Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Mara Shop & Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes and ships orders placed through our website.


1) Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within [3-5] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing time is separate from transit time.
  • During launches, holidays, or promotions, processing may take longer.

2) Shipping rates and methods

  • Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and vary by order size, weight, destination, and carrier pricing.
  • We may ship using [USPS / Fed Ex / DHL] or comparable carriers.
  • We reserve the right to choose the carrier/service that best matches the selected shipping method.

3) Estimated delivery times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.


4) Shipping destinations

  • We currently ship to: United States

5) Address accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at Hello@marashopstudio.com We cannot guarantee changes after an order is processed.

6) Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided by email once the order ships.
  • Carrier tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to populate after a label is created.

7) Lost packages, theft, and delivery issues

  • Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
    • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
    • Check with neighbors/building staff and around your delivery location
    • Contact the carrier directly to start a trace
    • Email us at Hello@marashopstudio.com and we’ll provide any information we can to support the claim

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you on a replacement (if available) or a refund, depending on the situation.


8) Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Email hello@marashopstudio.com within [48–72] hours of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • the item damage
    • the inner packaging
    • the outer box (including the shipping label)

We may require return of the item/packaging for carrier claims. Resolutions may include replacement (if available), store credit, or refund depending on the item and circumstances.


9) Split shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship items separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment, if applicable.


10) Local pickup (if offered)

  • Pickup instructions and timing will be provided at checkout or in your confirmation email.
  • Orders must be picked up within 2 days. After 2 days products may be returned for store credit based on circumstances.
  • Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.
