Learn how to make and stretch dough from Chef Matt. He’ll teach you all of his secrets to cooking a perfect Neapolitan-style pizza in a backyard oven. You'll cook, eat, and leave with dough of your own to take and make more pizza at home.

About Your Instructor:

Matt is the chef and founder behind The Pizza Yard. After years of throwing pizza parties for anyone who'd show up, he and his friends bought a 100-year-old house and turned the yard into a restaurant built around pizza ovens and long tables. He believes in local vegetables, high-quality ingredients, and building community through food, and he brought that same energy to Mara this summer for our collection launch. This time, he's back for something more hands-on.
